TIPTREE MINORS  3  SILVER END  2

On a bright and breezy morning and with only 10 players available, minors got off to the perfect start, with only 3 minutes gone and with a great passing move Adam Potter hammered home the opening goal. 3 minutes later things got even better with the similar to their first goal Adam Potter made it two for him and 2-0 to minors. Tiptree were really turning on the style and after a cross from Sean Seymour on 10 minutes Connor Spooner's shot hit the bar.
Silver End woke up at that point and on 17 minutes following a corner minors couldn't get the ball clear and they made it 2-1. after half time and playing against the wind 2 minutes had gone and Silver End would have equalized but for Ross Partridge clearing the ball off the line. with the wind getting stronger minors were hanging on and with some great saves by Adam Gwilliams minors were still leading, but they just couldn't hang on and on 46 minutes silver end made it 2-2. then 3 minutes later Sean Seymour scored his first goal of the season to make it 3-2.
Silver End kept coming forward but with great defending and another great save from a free kick minors managed to hang on for a terrific 3-2 victory.
