Tom Kyne (Man Utd) - This lad has done superbly in goal, since standing in for our last keeper. A difficult season last year whilst finding his feet but has now turned the corner to such an extent that he has earned the teams captaincy. №1 in the №1 shirt!
Sam Barrett (Arsenal) - Mr. Dependable. Sam is to football what Nigela Lawson is to cooking. Brains, Brains, Brains. So solid at the back that he now commands the defenders with just a stern look.
Connor Fairbrother (Liverpool) - Strong, powerful and hard as nails. The solid partner of Sam in defence. Has got the best goal celebration by far. Let’s see it some more!
Patrick Steele (Man Utd) - The nice boy in the team. After he has gone through you like the 8.30 to Liverpool Street he turns around and apologises before carrying on. Got some Great Spirit and great silk as well.
Clint Walton (West Ham) - “New signing” Early days yet but this lad can run for longer than a Duracell bunny! Expected to get a hat full of goals this season. Watch this space…
Lewis Taylor (Arsenal) - Three season veteran and still going strong. If this players finishing can improve, he’s destine to be a leading goal scorer contender.
Johnny Daynes (West Ham) - The white haired wizard. One of the best runners with the ball in our league. Still can’t understand why he’s not our leading goal scorer (Yet!). Has a very good understanding of positional play.
Ryan Diggons (Man Utd) - The boy in the team that makes you cry with laughter and frustration all in one game! If you cut Ryan in half he’s got “football” written through him like a stick of rock. He doesn’t play football all the time though, only when he’s breathing!!!
Cameron Mansfield (Liverpool) - From top goalkeeper to runner up leading goal scorer in one season. I still don’t know how that works? The coolest mover on the pitch and runs like road runner being chased by Wildie Coyote.
Liam Pearce (Man Utd) - Joint runner up lead goal scorer 06-07. Liam needs to build up his right leg as I don’t know how to train lefties! But thankfully we have just the spot in our team for him, Free Kicks and zipping up the left wing, upsetting and off footing all the oppositions righties!
Liam McCormack (Arsenal) - “New Signing” Turns like a Battleship and shoots like one to. Goalkeepers be warned have ice packs at the ready to cool down the “Frankie stingers” when they hit!
Indy Kerrison (Man Utd) - Yet to show his potential. But has a habit of tackling players so hard that they usually wake up on a Tuesday! Has a shot on him that knocks you over when it hits you. So keep out of the way!. Penalty taker this season. Let’s see if you can score more than last season Indy!
Harry Sutherland (Arsenal) – “New Signing” An old cliché but very true. Flash Harry!!! Turns and does things with a ball that make Ronaldo gasp in disbelief. Yet to reach his full potential. But well liked in the team.
Assistant Manager- Shaun Mansfield (Liverpool) “New old signing”- Shaun is the technical department in this little setup. He coaches the boys in basics and takes no lip! Has got a funny side as well! A Crucial helper in the team. Eager to take the reigns? (I hope so!!!)
Still temporary Manager- Lee Kerrison (Crystal Palace) How come I’m still here doing this? Haven’t you lot found me out yet? Season number three awaits, let’s see what it brings. Could this be the silverware year? One thing for certain it will bring a few laughs and that’s guaranteed! Good luck boys, and come on you Minors!!! Please let this be the season… that I get my P45.
